Flat-fee, predictable pricing so you know exactly what to expect before work begins. Each engagement starts with the Initial Consultation — its fee is credited toward your case fee if you move forward.

Initial Consultation & Case Assessment

$100 flat

A one-time intake meeting to review the medical situation, understand what's needed, and scope the right level of support. This fee is credited toward your case fee if you move forward with ongoing navigation.

Service 02

Care Navigation — Simple Case

$400 flat

For situations involving a single facility and a clear, contained timeline — for example, one hospital admission with a straightforward discharge. Includes record review, family briefing, and a printed care coordination summary.

Care Navigation — Moderate Case

$550 flat

For situations involving multiple specialists or one care transition (e.g., hospital to rehab or home), with moderate documentation and coordination needs across providers who may not be communicating with each other.

Care Navigation — Complex Case

$700 flat

For situations involving multiple specialists, multiple care transitions, ongoing escalations, and/or special circumstances such as religious care directives or legal considerations. Includes full documentation suite: care coordination tracker, lab trend analysis, escalation scripts, and discharge coordination packet.

Service 05

Medical Bill Advocacy

$125/hr or 20–30% of savings

Bill audits, error identification, insurance appeals, and payment negotiation. Up to 80% of hospital bills contain errors — we find them. You only pay the percentage fee if savings are found.
